Tamar Khoshtaria was born on 06.11.1969. She holds a diploma in architecture, which she obtained from the Georgian Technical University in Tbilisi in 1992. In 2004, she took part in the UN programme “Beautiful Borjomi”; in 2003, she was engaged in the project “Rehabilitation of communal infrastructure by the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ).
1994-1996, Ms. Khoshtaria was employed at architecture firms in Germany within the framework of a programme of the Carl-Duisberg-Gesellschaft (CDG): R&M in Saarbrücken and Acerplan in Halle.
From 1993 to 1994, she worked with the architecture firm ADK in Tbilisi.
